Gary Garrabrant is chief executive officer and cofounder of Equity International, overseeing all of the company’s activities and investment portfolio. He is also executive vice president of Equity Group Investments, LLC (EGI), a privately held investment company founded and led by Sam Zell. Garrabrant joined EGI in 1996 and founded Equity International with Zell in 1999.
